macOS Mail

  1. Click Copy HTML below
  2. Open Mail > Settings > Signatures
  3. Click + to create a new signature
  4. Uncheck "Always match my default message font"
  5. Close Settings. Compose a new email, select your new (blank) signature
  6. In the compose window, use Edit > Paste and Match Style (or open the downloaded HTML in Safari, Select All, Copy, then Paste into the signature field)

iOS Mail

  1. Click Copy HTML and paste the raw HTML into a note or email to yourself
  2. Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Signature
  3. Open the downloaded HTML file in Safari on your iPhone, Select All, Copy
  4. Paste into the signature field

Gmail

  1. Click Open in New Tab below
  2. In that tab, press Cmd+A (Select All), then Cmd+C (Copy)
  3. In Gmail: Settings (gear) > See all settings > General
  4. Scroll to Signature, click + Create new
  5. Paste with Cmd+V into the signature editor

Outlook (Desktop / Web)

  1. Click Open in New Tab, Select All, Copy
  2. Settings > Mail > Compose and reply
  3. Under Email signature, paste into the editor
